Annie, known as Etta, was born on July 30th, 1892 at 845 Central Ave. Etta's father was Otis Clifford Small and her mother was Annie Louise Gephart. Her paternal grandparents were John William Small and Caroline Otis Simonton; her maternal grandparents were Robert Gephart and Maria Anne Louise Bohnert. She had two brothers and three sisters, named Fred, Milton, Mabel, Olive and Helen . She was the third oldest of the six children. She died at the age of 37 on August 21st, 1929 at 845 Central Ave.
