Wanda was born on October 8th, 1940. Wanda's father was Joseph Henry II Lowrey and her mother was Olga Lucia Mueller. Her paternal grandparents were Joseph Henry Lowrey and Elizabeth (Bessie) Catherine Moore; her maternal grandparents were Karl Anton Mueller and Maria Barbara Stocker. She had three brothers and five sisters, named Joseph Henry III, Kenneth William, Stephen Anthony, Elise , Mary, Bessie, Josephine Louise and Valeria . She is the second youngest of the nine children.
